Description of work
This aircraft maintenance hall at the Frankfurt/Main airport is clear-spanned by five trusses with a span length of 176 m and is thus unique in Germany. This permits simultaneous maintenance of three MD11 planes. Inclined glazing on either side of the roof trusses, projecting beyond the roof plane proper, provide optimal lighting of the hall with daylight.
