Scope of works:

Development of concept, building proposal planning with authorities co-ordination.

Turn-key construction processing from final planning to hand-over.

Steel supporting structure:

Donges  two-pinned frame construction, factory-coated.

Wall system:

Horizontally laid internal skin of steel sheet waffle panels, mineral thermal insulation, outer skin of trapezoidal steel sheet.

Wall facing neighbouring side, of sandwich panels, laid horizontally, execution in fire class F30.

 

Lighting:

Generous natural lighting via strip window lighting with aluminium framing, thermally broken, with high-performance insulating glass panes and double-skin ridge skylight with integrated SHEVS flaps, which are also used for daily ventilation.

 

Interior work:

High-strength industrial floor with Korrodur sprinkle and power float finish. Interior walls of solid sand-lime brick, plastered. Social rooms completely tiled, including sanitary facilities, electrics and compressor station for generation of compressed air.

 

Outdoor facilities:

Approach zone,  paved for heavy lorries, Eco-paver parking spaces for cars, connection of the hall and rainwater drainage to a combined seepage and cistern system to utilise the rainwater.
