New building of a two-bay hall roof
 

Description of work:

New building of Erfurt central station. On top of a two-storey solid construction, housing an underground garage and a service centre with shops and catering, a two-bay steel construction spans the track system. The level side bay trusses with 20 m span lengths and the triangular trusses with 65 m spans are arched and rest on spatial fork pipe columns staggered in height. The triangular trusses with an overall height of 6 m have, for the most part, bolted connections. The structure is stabilised with roof and side wall braced bays via the column axes.
